The work behind the service

The page and the process should tell the same story.

A strong website makes the offer easy to understand. It also needs to be honest about what happens when someone calls, books or sends an inquiry. We design that transition alongside the pages, rather than leaving it as a disconnected form.

  • A page structure built around real visitor decisions.
  • A consistent desktop and mobile experience.
  • A defined handoff from the public site into your business.

What we build

Design, content and implementation in one scope.

The final scope follows your workflow, existing tools and the decisions your team needs to keep.

  1. Structure and useful content

Map distinct page purposes, navigation and internal links, then write the agreed pages from verified business facts and proof. The Get Found starting scope covers up to 8 core pages; additional service, industry, location or campaign pages are scoped separately.

  2. Visual design and responsive build

Translate the brand into custom typography, layout, imagery and purposeful motion. Review desktop and mobile compositions, keyboard behavior, accessibility, narrow-screen reflow and performance.

  3. Technical search foundations

Implement titles and descriptions, canonicals, crawlable content, sitemap and supported structured data. Set up analytics and Google Search Console when the required client accounts and access are available.

  4. Inquiry flow and launch checks

Define collection, acceptance, notification, failure recovery and privacy requirements. For redesigns, plan necessary redirects; before launch, verify the real inquiry destination and indexing readiness.

One workflow, different outcomes

Follow the inquiry past the button.

This illustrative handoff shows three states a visitor-facing website must handle honestly. It collects no data and does not send a message.

Incoming context

A visitor completes a configured inquiry form.

Defined automation

Show a truthful confirmation.

Explain the verified next step. The responsible team should receive the inquiry through the configured delivery path.

Missing detail

A required field is empty or contains an invalid value.

Identify the field and explain how to fix it.

Keep the visitor in control. Preserve their other entries and expose the error in text, including to keyboard and assistive-technology users.

Delivery unavailable

The site cannot confirm that an inquiry was accepted.

Do not display a success message.

Explain the unavailable state. Offer a verified recovery or contact path when one exists. Never imply that a message has arrived without evidence.

Where judgment belongs

Useful foundations. Honest expectations.

A website project can include AI and automation where they improve the visitor’s task. A chatbot, elaborate animation or extra page is not a requirement in itself.

Search work has clear limits

Technical readiness and useful content support discovery. They do not guarantee indexing, search rankings or inclusion in an AI-generated answer.

A redesign preserves useful continuity

Review existing URLs, content and inquiry paths before replacing them. Plan necessary redirects and verify that working destinations remain reachable.
