A contact is confused with a qualified buyer
An inquiry, a signed NDA and an advisor-approved next step mean different things. Collapsing them into one CRM stage can release information too early.
business broker workflow automation
Connect seller and buyer intake, CRM qualification, NDA workflows, document collection, diligence coordination, pipeline follow-up and closing tasks while transaction judgment stays with the advisor.
The operating reality
Lower-middle-market advisory work moves between sellers, buyers, documents, NDAs, meetings, diligence and repeated follow-up.
SOORVO can make the administrative pipeline more consistent without automating valuation judgment, matching decisions, negotiation or transaction advice.
An inquiry, a signed NDA and an advisor-approved next step mean different things. Collapsing them into one CRM stage can release information too early.
The same prospect may be involved in several conversations. Document requests need the correct deal reference, approved recipient and current permission.
A paused listing or changed seller instruction should stop the old task sequence. A scheduled message needs to reflect the advisor's current decision.
Fits the tools you already use
A proposed setup separates contact identity, deal participation and document permission. It helps the advisor follow the next task while keeping confidential material inside the approved process.
Our approach to technology & integrationsKeep seller and buyer relationships, advisor decisions and deal stages distinguishable.
Before connectingCan one contact participate in more than one deal without carrying permissions between them?
Record the relevant agreement and the advisor-approved access decision.
Before connectingDoes signing an NDA create a review task or actually authorize access under your process?
Prepare the next meeting or document request from the current deal state.
Before connectingWhat stops pending messages when a deal pauses or access is withdrawn?
Build the boundary, too
Decide who can approve, change or override an action before the workflow goes live.
Valuation judgment, representation, buyer-seller matching, negotiation and transaction advice remain with the advisor.
Confidential information moves only through approved permissions and deal stages.
How SOORVO approaches the build
Choose one seller or buyer journey and identify the point where administrative follow-up delays the advisor. Keep valuation, suitability and disclosure decisions outside the automated path.
Implementation, management & usageMap the prospect, advisor and deal references. Identify which facts belong to the contact and which only apply to this transaction.
Prepare the NDA and document checklist your team uses. Require the appropriate approval before a recipient gains access.
Pause a sample deal and change a recipient's permission. Check pending tasks and messages before any confidential material can be released.
Before you scope a project
Only if that is the explicit, approved rule for the relevant deal and recipient. A more controlled first workflow sends the signed agreement to the advisor for an access decision. The document workspace must enforce the resulting permission.
It can use the material and message templates the advisor has approved for that stage. The workflow should reference the correct deal and stop when instructions change. It does not decide what a prospect is entitled to receive.

Bring the request, the tools it touches and the decision your team needs to keep.
